Anthony Pettis took to Instagram to apologize to fans for his loss to Eddie Alvarez at UFC Fight Night 81. Pettis posted the pic to his Instagram account, saying, “I Want to apologize to all of my supports, came up short last night…. Only way to go is up from here and get better. I’m Healthy and ready to get back on the grind. Staying positive and motivated…..”

Pettis lost to Alvarez via split decision at the event, which took place on Saturday.
