Brad Scott Nearly Gave Up During UFC Fight Night 107

Brad Scott spoke with MMAjunkie following his split-decision win over Scott Askham at UFC Fight Night 107. Highlights are below:

On his performance: “It was tough. I got caught off guard. I love fighting orthodox guys, but he switched and it just messed with my head a little bit. I should have tore him a new (expletive), but I didn’t. I was a bit scared to let my hands go. When I did let them go, I did really well.”

On fighting back to get the win: “I was going to give up. It’s just a relief. There was a lot of pressure. I was going give it up, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I dug deep and managed to get the win.”

On who he faces nexr: “I don’t care who I fight (or) where I fight. I just need to rest up (and) get my shoulder ready. I’ve got no fear. If I die in there, I die.”
