Conor McGregor Shows Up Late For Court Hearing Over Speeding Violation

The Mirror reports that Conor McGregor was fined £350 ($473) for speeding after showing up late to a court hearing over the chare. He was set to appear at the Blanchardstown District Court this morning but didn’t show up at hte start. He was accused of being disrespectful as this was the third time he didn’t show. After he arrived, he spent a brief period of time in court before he was fined after pleading guilty. He was given two months to pay and was told he could pay in installments.

He said: “What I heard was that I tried my best to pay for it. I attempted to pay it. I don’t know… it didn’t pay and that’s it. I apologize and I want to show my respect by showing up today. I apologize.

Before he drove to court, he was busy showing off his new shoes on Instagram, which he wore during his appearance.

Solicitor Graham Kenny said he didn’t know where McGregor was. Judge Miriam Walsh reacted: “I’m getting nothing but fingers from Mr McGregor. If he’s making a case he has to be here. This is absolute disrespect to the court. I am very annoyed with Mr McGregor. You can tell him about my ire.

He was charged with going over the 60 MPH speed limit in Dublin on March 13.
