Mike Perry Sends Message for Darren Till, Wants a Contract to Fight Him

UFC welterweight fighter Mike Perry posted a holiday message on his Twitter account today directed at fellow UFC fighter Darren Till. You can check out that message below.

Perry wrote in the message: “For a gift I’d like to give you a contract with my name on it. We’ll make it happen. Until then don’t lose that 0 and remember nobody wants to stand and fight you like I do.”

Darren Till later responded with a message of his on his Twitter account. He seemed receptive to the idea, writing, “Thanks for the well wishes… same to you!! The 0 is staying don’t worry about that… and yes I’ll sign it! Let’s go to f***ing war if that’s what you want! Rankings and losses mean fuck all to me!!!”

Till is currently coming off a huge win at welterweight over Donald Cerrone last October. Meanwhile, Mike Perry just lost by decision to Santiago Ponzinibbio at UFC on FOX 26 earlier this month. So it seems the fight will not pan out for the time being, considering that Till is unbeaten in the UFC at the moment, and he’s risen to No. 7 in the welterweight rankings.
