UFC 224 Weigh-Ins: Main Eventers Make Weight, Mackenzie Dern Comes in Heavy

The weigh-ins were held for UFC 224 on Friday, with all but one fighter making weight successfully. MMAjunkie reports that main eventers Amanda Nunes and Raquel Pennington made weight for their women’s bantamweight title fight.

The only fighter to miss weight was Mackenzie Dern, who came in seven pounds over the strawweight limit at 123 pounds. Dern will forfeit 30% of her purse as a result, but the fight will go on.
