MMA Fighting reports that UFC Fight Night 129 brought in an average of 870,000 viewers for FOX Sports 1, which is above the 2017 FS1 Fight Night average of 795,000. The show brought in 9,473 viewers on FSGO and FOX Now.

The show began right after the NASCAR All-Star race, which had 2,474,000 viewers. That meant that the high point in the ratings came during the opening fight of Vicente Luque vs. Chad Laprise, which did 1,143,000 viewers. The show’s main competition was the Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers NBA playoff game, which itself brought in 6,827,000 viewers, and a Showtime boxing card featuring Badou Jack vs. Adonis Stevenson that had between 312,000 and 535,000 viewers. The preliminary card, headlined by Zak Cummings vs. Michel Prazeres, brought in 254,000 viewers on FOX Sports 2.
