Amy Adams Goes Canine In First Trailer For Dark Comedy Nightbitch

Amy Adams is taking a turn into satirical dark comedy for the new film Nightbitch, and the first trailer is now online. Twentieth Century Studios released the trailer on Tuesday for the horror-tinged comedy, and you can check it out below.

The film is based on the 2021 novel by Rachel Yoder and sees Adams’ character dealing with the stresses of becoming a stay at home mom when things start to get surreal and she finds herself turning into a dog. Marielle Heller wrote and directed the film, which was originally set to bow on Hulu before being given a full theatrical release.

The film hits theaters on December 6th and stars Adams, Scoot MacNairy, Mary Holland, Jessica Harper, Zoë Chao, Ella Thomas, Stacey Swift, Archana Rajan, Adrienne Rose White, Darius De La Cruiz and Roslyn Gentle. It is described as follows:
