Bam Margera Arrested For DUI

TMZ reports that Jackass star Bam Margera was arrested yesterday for a DUI. He drove past California Highway Patrol officers as they were stopping another person. He slowed down and began to talk to them and they smelled alcohol on him. He was asked to pull over and was given a field sobriety test. After that, he was arrested and booked for DUI.

Margera’s bail was set at $15,000, which is $10,000 more than normal. He was released at 2:30 PM. This is his first DUI arrest, although Margera has been dealing with alcohol abuse for years. Last year, he was talking about his sobriety.

Margera and his wife had a son in December.
