Chris Evans is continuing his turn from Captain America to the dark side, as he’s reportedly set to play the evil dentist in the Little Shop of Horrors remake. THR reports that Evans is in discussions to play Orin Scrivello, the role played by Steve Martin in the 1986 film from Frank Oz. Orin is Audrey’s sadistic, abusive boyfriend who works as a dentist and has encounters with Seymour and his giant sentient plant Audrey II.

This marks the second turn to evil for Evans after he played the role of Ransom Drysdale, the malicious grandson of the murdered Harlan Thrombey in Knives Out. Evans joins two others circling the film; a report late last month said that Evans’ MCU co-star Scarlett Johansson and Rocketman star Taron Egerton had been eyed to play Audrey and Seymour in the film.

The plan is reportedly to film the new take on the story this summer.
