Fear Is Spreading In First Trailer For Smile 2

The first trailer for Smile 2 has arrived, putting a pop star in the crosshairs of the first film’s supernatural threat. Paramount Pictures released the trailer for the upcoming sequel to the 2022 horror hit, and you can check it out below.

The preview puts the focus on pop star Skye Riley (Naomi Scott), who finds herself besieged by the horrific curse as the ominous smile we saw in the first film begins to find its way onto the people around her. The trailer teases plenty of creepy moments and some a few brutal flashes of violence.

The film is written and directed by franchise creator Parker Finn and stars Scott, Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner (reprising his role from the first film), Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula, Ray Nicholson. The first film was a huge hit with $217.1 million worldwide against a $17 million budget.
