Into the Spider-Verse Co-Director Joins Ahsoka Disney+ Series

Peter Ramsey is jumping from Marvel property to Star Wars, as the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse co-director will helm an episode of Ahsoka. THR reports that Ramsey, who won an Academy Award for Into the Spider-Verse, has signed on to direct at least one episode of the upcoming Disney+ show.

The series stars Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano alongside Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ivanna Sakhno, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Hayden Christensen, and Ray Stevenson. Bordizzo will play Sabine Wren, while Christensen is reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker.

Dave Filoni wrote the series and is executive producing along with Jon Favreau and Kathleen Kennedy.
