Ivan Drago’s Son Gets Cast In Creed Sequel

In a post on Instagram, Sylvester Stallone revealed that Romanian boxer Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu has been cast as Ivan Drago’s son in Creed 2. Tracking Board adds that Dragon’s son will fight Michael B Jordan’s Adonis Creed in a boxing match in the film. Stallone, Dolph Lundgren and Tessa Thompson will all return for the sequel. It will be directed by Steve Caple Jr. from a script by Stallone and Cheo Hodari Coker. Production begins in Philadelphia this March for a November 21 release date. It will be produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, and Kevin King-Templeton, with Jordan and Guy Riedel executive producing.
