James Marsden Is The Latest To Join Once Upon A Time In Hollywood

Variety reports that James Marsden (Westworld) and Julia Butters (American Housewife) have both joined the cast of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, which will be written, directed and produced by Quentin Tarantino. Details of their roles were not revealed.

They join a large ensemble cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Damian Lewis, Al Pacino, Luke Perry, Emile Hirsh, Dakota Fanning, Clifton Collins, Keith Jefferson, Nicholas Hammond, Margot Robbie, Burt Reynolds and Timothy Olyphant. It will be released by Sony Pictures on August 9, 2019, the 50th anniversary of Manson Family murders and the day after actress Sharon Tate was killed.

Here’s a synopsis: Takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), the former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double, Cliff Booth (Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they no longer recognize. But Dalton has a very famous next-door neighbor … Sharon Tate.
