Leatherface Is Back To His Old Tricks In First Texas Chainsaw Massacre Trailer

Netflix has debuted the first trailer for their upcoming sequel Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which arrives on February 18, 2022. The film is a sequel to the first film and seems to ignore everything that happened after, which isn’t the first time this series has done that. It will follow an older Leatherface years after he went into hiding following the murders in the first film.

The latest attempt to gas up the chainsaw was directed by David Blue Garcia from a script by Chris Thomas Devlin. Fede Alvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe) produced with Kim Henkel (writer of the original), Ian Henkel, Rodolfo Sayagues and Pat Cassidy. It stars Elsie Fisher, Sarah Yarkin, Mark Burnham, Moe Dunford, Olwen Fouere, Alice Krige, Jacob Latimore, Neil Hudson, Jessica Allain, Sam Douglas, William Hope and Jolyon Coy.
