Mark Ruffalo Teases Appearance in She-Hulk Disney+ Series
It appears that Bruce Banner could be making an appearance in his cousin’s upcoming Disney+ series. Mark Ruffalo has teased the possibility of an appearance as The Hulk in the She-Hulk series, according to THR. Ruffalo mentioned the possibility at C2E2 in Chicago over the weekend, saying that he was in preliminary talks.
Obviously, “preliminary talks” means that the deal is by no means done, but it’s an encouraging sign for those who want to see Hulk in the series, which is in development and set to debut in 2022. It will follow Jennifer Walters, the cousin of Bruce Banner who (in the comics at least) became She-Hulk after she was shot by a criminal trying to prevent her from doing her job as a lawyer and Bruce was forced to give her an emergency blood transfusion.
The series is being written by Jessica Gao (Rick & Morty). No word yet on who will play the titular character.
