Michael Keaton is suiting up as Batman for The Flash, and he’s revealed that he can still fit into the original Batsuit. Keaton was a guest on Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show and talked about returning to the role of the Dark Knight for the upcoming film. When asked if they had to let the suit out at all, Keaton said that wasn’t the case.

“No! No, no,” Keaton said. “Svelte as ever. Same dimensions, or same fitting.”

Asked how it felt to be back in the suit, he said, “It was great, it was great. I mean, I don’t know how many there are? Like 77 Batmans, something like that. They probably should form their own union.”

Keaton is reprising his role as Batman from the 1989 film in The Flash, while Ezra Miller is set return as Barry Allen/Flash alongside Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, and Sasha Calle as Supergirl. Ron Livingston will play Henry Allen, replacing Billy Crudup from Justice League, and Ben Affleck is also set to play his own version of Batman.

The film releases on November 4th, 2022 and will be based on the famous “Flashpoint” storyline from the comics.
