Red Guardian Suits Up in New Black Widow Clip

Black Widow arrives in just over a month, and a new clip features Red Guardian back in his suit. David Harbour, who plays the character in the upcoming MCU film, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! recently and shared the clip which you can check out below (at 9:37). It features the Guardian, aka Alexei, coming out from where he got changed to show off the old suit to Natasha (Scarlett Johansson), Yelena (Florence Pugh), and Melina (Rachel Weisz).

The film is also set to star Ray Winstone as Dreykov — head of The Red Room — and O-T Fagbenle as Mason. Directed by Cate Shortland fromo a script by WandaVision’s Jac Schaeffer, the film releases on July 9th in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access. It is set between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War and sees Natasha confront the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.
