Trailer For Moana 2 Teases A New Adventure

Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the first trailer for Moana 2, the sequel to the 2016 animated hit. The film arrives on November 27. It was directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand and Dana Ledoux Miller from a script by Derrick. The voice cast includes Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Auli‘i Cravalho returning as Maui and Moana, respectively.

Here’s a synopsis: Moana 2 reunites Moana and Maui three years later for an expansive new voyage alongside a crew of unlikely seafarers. After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced.
