Taika Waititi Says Thor: Love & Thunder Might Be Best Marvel Movie Ever

Thor: Love & Thunder director Taika Waititi revealed in a recent interview with Weekend Today (h/t The Sun) that the film only has four weeks of production left, and that he thinks it will be the best Marvel film ever. Here is what he said when asked how filming is going.

“Great – we’ve got four weeks left, I can see light at the end of the tunnel. It might be the best Marvel film ever!”

He also praised Chris Hemsworth’s sense of humor.

“He is a funny guy, he’s a good friend and he’s also someone that you just want to hang out with all the time,” he said. “And I think that’s all you really want from a superhero or a main character in your movie.”

The movie, which will also star Russell Crowe as Zeus, is due out May 6th, 2022.
