Timo Tjahjanto To Direct Bob Odenkirk’s Nobody 2

Universal has found their director for the sequel to Bob Odenkirk’s Nobody in Timo Tjahjanto. THR reports that Tjahjanto (V/H/S/94, The Night Comes for Us) has been tapped to direct the sequel to the 2021 action-thriller, which was written by Odenkirk, Derek Kolstad, Aaron Rabin and Umair Aleem.

Universal has set a August 15th, 2025 release date for the film, which will see Odenkirk reprise his role as Hutch Mansell. The original film centered on the former assassin, who returns to his ruthless ways after he and his family become the target of a vengeful crime lord. The movie was a hit with $57.5 million worldwide against a $16 million budget despite releasing as theaters were still in the process of opening up from lockdown.
