TNA Impact Starts…NOW!:
Mike Tenay and Don West welcome us to Universal Studios and TNA IMPACT! Christopher Daniels is there, as he is “God’s gift to the announcing table.” Daniels says he will prove that he is superior to AJ Styles and the WHOLE X Division at Against All Odds.
Match #1 Shark Boy vs. Petey Williams w/Coach D’Amore
Williams and D’Amore are wearing the sweet Team Canada baseball jerseys. Daniels says Williams was a coward as X Champion, because he never faced him.
Lock up to start and Sharky with a headlock. Reversal by Williams and Sharky escapes, another counter and a shoulder block by Sharky. Drop kick by Sharky, and Williams slaps the taste out of his mouth. Knee/face buster by Sharky, but Williams snatches him up and places him in the tree of woe. We are back with Reilly thanking Dustin as Raven comes in. Raven says Dustin was lost in the shuffle, then says something about his scrotum, which is way too much info for me. Dustin spouts off some gibberish (seriously, hard to understand) then says to imagine his foot up Raven’s ass at Against All Odds. Raven leaves and Dustin tells Reilly to always watch his back.
Match #2 AJ Styles © vs. Brad Quartermain
Daniels says he will beat AJ Styles down for 30-minutes.
Lock up, and a back suplex by Quartermain. Headlock by AJ, Quartermain up and misses a left hand and AJ off the ropes…scoop slam. High knee drop to Quartermain then off the ropes and a clothesline. AJ jaws at Daniels and Quartermain nails AJ to the floor. Slam by Quartermain to AJ on the floor, and then rolls him back in. Knee to the back of AJ, and then a knee drop. Awkward roll up by Quartermain for 2. Quartermain to the 2nd rope…MISSES a leg drop. Boot by AJ, and then a back elbow. Clotheslines to Quartermain, AJ goes to the apron and then hits a springboard forearm shot by AJ! Sets for the end…STYLES CLASH finishes Quartermain @ 3:34.
Daniels jaws at AJ from the announce table, and AJ has the mic. AJ says Daniels doubts him, so what is stopping him from getting in the ring right now? Daniels says AJ is spoiled by TNA’s special treatment. Daniels has waited 3-years for his shot, and he will make AJ wait until the PPV to get his hands on him. AJ says he has never ducked anyone is this business.
Video package for the new man, Titus (Former Redshirt Security Ryan Wilson.)
Commercial time.
Hey, a new Kid Kash shirt, I think I know what to get Cook for his Birthday!
We are back as Dusty compliments Traci and Trinity on their tag team finds. He says they are “bad to the bone babay!” They try to snuggle up to Dusty, and he says these 2 teams will face off on the PPV pre-show. Dusty can’t wait until the PPV.
Match #3 David Young vs. Jeff Hardy
Young attacks Jeff as he tries to play to the fans. Right hands to Jeff, but he battles back. Tenay tells us that in the Full Metal Mayhem match, there will be 2 envelopes hanging above the ring. To win, you have to get one of these envelopes. One is empty, and the other contains an NWA Title shot. Whisper in the wind Moonsault by Jeff, then the nizzie leg drop. Right hands to Young, but he battles back with a stiff clothesline on Jeff. Off the ropes, and a sweet drop kick to Jeff gets Young 2. He chokes out Jeff now, and then rakes his eyes. Both men get to their feet, Jeff with right hands and a flying forearm shot. Rights and lefts to Young who is on the mat. Another hard Irish whip to Young. Jeff grabs a chair and tosses it is. Poetry in motion off the chair to Young. Flat liner to Young, and Jeff up top…SWANTON and that is all @ 6:03.
Abyss is here! Jeff spring off the chair and hits a cross body to Abyss on the floor! The battle in the crowd now, and Jeff tosses Abyss into the wall. They battle to the back and we go to commercial.
Commercial time.
We are back with Kazarian and Shane talking to Young. They have an idea for him to wrestle Jeff Hammond, that way he will be assured a win. They say NASCAR stands for Non-Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks! GOLD! The 3LK is here, and they say Hammond isn’t a joke. Konnan has his eyes on them, and Killings says they will take an ass whippin. Next week, Hammond vs. David Young
Match #4 Abyss vs. Lex Lovett
You may remember Lex Lovett from such squash matches as the Jarrett squash, as well as the Monty Brown squash.

Back from commercial @ 3:40 and DDP is in control. Stevens nails DDP as he hits the ropes and Douglas takes him down and covers for 2. Douglas tries another pin and DDP keeps fighting. Clothesline to DDP, then a tag to Stevens. He chokes out DDP, and then nails him with right hands. Double team in the corner by the Naturals and Douglas is tagged back in. Douglas rubs DDP’s face in the mat, and as the ref reprimands him Stevens chokes out DDP. DDP fights them off and tries for a tag, but is taken down. Waist lock by Stevens, and DDP tries to inch towards the corner for a tag. Stevens beats him down, and covers for 2. DDP tries again, but a knee by Stevens takes him down.
