Ace Steel’s Back Elbow Group LLC Trademarks Harley Race for Merchandise Purposes
– Ace Steel’s Back Elbow Group LLC issued a press release today announcing the registration of the Harley Race name and trademark with the United States Patent & Trademark Office USPTO) for merchandise purposes. Per the announcement, a portion of the proceeds will be donate in Harley Race’s name to the Concussion Legacy Foundation. You can see the full announcement below:

Back Elbow Group LLC officially announces today the formal registering by the USPTO of the HARLEY RACE ®️ Trademark for the following: Multiple classes of apparel, Action figures and facilities for professional wrestling training, information and contests bearing the name HARLEY RACE.
Chris Guy aka Ace Steel commented, “My goal is simple with this trademark, it is to honor the legacy of my mentor and friend Harley Race. He put his stamp of approval on my work as he was my agent for going to Japan. I look to keep his name prominent and held in the highest esteem in our sport for generations to come.”
“The Harley Race Way” of training is utilized and branded In conjunction with The Foundation of Professional Wrestling™️ training center located in Winter Park, FL established 2024.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated in Harley Race’s name to the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
