Showbuzz Dailyhas the Wednesday television numbers for last night’s edition of AEW Dynamite. Last night’s show marked the three-year anniversary of AEW Dynamite’s debut in October 2019. Viewership did manage to increase for last night’s anniversary show, which had an additional 15-minutes for the live broadcast.

Last night’s Dynamite averaged 1.038 million viewers, increasing from last week’s show, which drew 990,000 viewers. The rating in the P18-49 key demo dropped again this week. Last night’s show drew a 0.33 rating.

That’s actually a little lower than last week’s rating in the key demo, which was a 0.34. This is the lowest key demo rating for Dynamite since August 17 (h/t Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston).

Dynamite ranked No. 2 for the evening for cable originals. The show was beaten out by Real Housewives on Bravo, which topped the ratings for Wednesday with a 0.36. FNC’s The Five topped Wednesday viewership for cable programming with 3.644 million viewers.

AEW Dynamite moved up in the Cable Top 150 rankings after slotting in at No. 9 last week due to most of the viewing audience was tuning into coverage of Hurricane Ian, which had made landfall earlier in the day.

Next week’s show will see AEW making their debut in Toronto, Canada on October 12. Also, AEW will have a special live episode of Rampage back-to-back with a live edition of Battle of the Belts on Friday, October 7 on TNT.
