Ticket sales for upcoming AEW events vary across venues, according to recent reports from Dave Meltzer. The December 17 Dynamite in Manchester, United Kingdom, currently lists 8,391 tickets sold, a first for the city. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported it was “the strongest advance by far coming up.”
The November 15 Collision in Erie, Pennsylvania, has recorded 909 tickets sold to date. Attendance for this event remains lower compared to other upcoming shows on AEW’s calendar. Meltzer even called it “a bad one.” The Worlds End pay-per-view scheduled for December 27 at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, reports 4,129 tickets sold after last week. The show is part of AEW’s year-end schedule.
Additional ticket figures include the November 8 Collision in Houston, Texas, with 1,298 tickets sold (Meltzer expects the small building to sell out), and the November 12 Dynamite: Blood & Guts in Greensboro, North Carolina, with 3,517 tickets distributed. The November 19 Dynamite in Boston, Massachusetts, is at 2,510, while the November 26 Dynamite and Collision taping in Nashville, Tennessee, has 919 of 1,361 available seats sold. Meltzer believes, “It’s small place set up for 1,361 so should sell out.”
For December, the December 3 Dynamite in Fishers, Indiana, has sold 1,935 tickets, and the December 10 Dynamite in College Park, Georgia, has sold 1,367. The December 13 Collision in Cardiff, Wales, lists 2,707 attendees. The December 31 Dynamite in Omaha, Nebraska, reports 967 tickets distributed as of the latest update. Dave Meltzer noted that Omaha has been a great wrestling market for over 100 years, “but New Year’s Eve is a very bad day for pro wrestling.”
