Austin Creed Cuts Promo On Kenny Omega In Social Media Post From GalaxyCon

Ausitn Creed says that it’s “on sight” with Kenny Omega, cutting a promo on the AEW star during his and Kofi’s GalaxyCon appearance. As noted, Kofi and the former Xavier Woods made their first post-WWE appearances at this weekend’s GalaxyCon in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The two were signing and doing photo ops.

Creed posted a video to his Instagram stories from a photo op, revealing that he and Kofi were with a fan wearing an Omega shirt. Creed cut a promo on Omega, “threatening” to punch the fan in the face. You can see the video below via Twitter.

“We’re here,” Creed began. “We’re doing photos at GalaxyCon. And someone let him in [the fan]. Take the shirt off! Get the shirt outta here. You know what? He almost got punched in the face. Because Kenny — Kenny, if I see you, it’s on sight! It’s on sight!”

As Kofi shouted encouragement behind him, Creed grabbed the smiling fan and said to the camera, “Damn, you might get punched in the face! Just like your man right here. He might just get,” at which point the video cut off.

Creed and Kofi exited WWE at the start of the month after the company asked them to restructure their contracts to take a pay cut. They are believed to be likely to join AEW, which is of course Omega’s home company, when they become free agents in August.
