Backstage Notes From This Week’s WWE NXT, Reaction to 2300 Arena Show

– As previously reported, WWE NXT will hold its November 6 TV broadcast at the 2300 Arena, formerly the ECW Arena, in Philadelphia. Fightful Select reports that sources within NXT were surprised by the announcement of the event at the venue. While they heard it was a possibility, they dismissed the idea because it was “too out there.”

– This week’s edition of WWE NXT reportedly had the internal title of, “Who’s Afraid Of A Little Old Spin.”

– Fightful also reports that the name change for Zaria, formerly, Delta was not a surprise to multiple sources within the brand. It’s said that difficulties were expected if they were to trademark the “Delta” ring name.
