Bianca Belair Shares New Video Following Latest Injury Rehab Session

Bianca Belair is continuing to provide updates as she undertakes rehab on her finger post-surgery, with new videos posted to Instagram. As noted, the injured WWE star posted a video of her progress yesterday as she works to come back from the injury that has kept her out of the ring since WrestleMania 41.
Belair posted a couple of new videos (one in multiple parts) to her Instagram stories. The first features her doing exercises to rehabilitate the finger. The second is from after therapy and notes that the digit stiffens up after sessions.
Belair wrote in the second post:
“Most days after therapy this is what happens. My finger just stiffens back up. It feels like I’m constantly starting over and every time it’s painful.
Every hour I’m trying to move it so eventually it won’t be this way. Also, trying to keep scar tissue from forming again.”

Belair has been out of action since suffering the injury in her match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY for the title at last year’s WrestleMania in Las Vegas, Nevada. No words as of yet on when she may be able to return to the ring.
