Dr. Carlon Colker has lost his appeal of an order that he produce billing statements related to Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon. As previously reported, Colker was ordered last month to produce billing statements showing how McMahon paid for Grant’s medical bills at his Peak Wellness clinic. Grant is seeking evidence from Colker pertaining to her lawsuit against McMahon over her allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and abuse.
Colker had appealed the order, but Fightful reports the judge in the case dismissed the case on Wednesday. Colker must comply with the judge’s order to hand over evidence that McMahon paid for her treatment.
Colker’s team says that they have produced documents amounting to hundreds of pages, and have complied in good faith with discovery and court directives. His attorney argued that Grant’s treatments were paid for by McMahon with his credit card, which was on file, but said records of such do not exist.
Grant filed suit against McMahon in January 2024, accusing him of abusing and sexually exploiting her. The lawsuit contributed to McMahon’s exit from WWE and TKO. She says that she was directed by McMahon to go to Colker’s clinic for treatment and was given supplements and infusions, the contents of which were not disclosed to her. Colker has denied her claims.
