Cinta De Oro Says He’d Love To Return To WWE As Sin Cara

Cinta De Oro had a run in WWE as Sin Cara, and he says he’d love the chance to return as the character. The luchador wrestled under the Sin Cara gimmick in WWE from 2011 until 2019, when he was released from his contract.

De Oro recently spoke with TMZ Inside The Ring, and during the conversation he was asked if he would be open to a return to WWE. He noted that he would be and has changed quite a bit from who he was at that time. You can see highlights below (per Fightful):

On a Possible Return to WWE:

“I mean, I think I’ve gotten more mature now. When you’re younger, you do a lot of decisions for your emotions and I get that. As you get older, as your kids get older, and in time, you’re out of that big monster, you realize a lot of things. For me, I wouldn’t mind coming back if they would ask me or we would, ‘Hey, do you want to portray Sin Cara again?’ I would love to do that definitely again and give it another shot. Maybe this time, that opportunity can come. I don’t know, only god has that answer. The only thing I can do is keep preparing myself to continue doing what I love, which is wrestling.”

On the Possibility Of His Return:

“It’s something that I really think about sometimes in my head, like what if this and what if that happened? In wrestling, anything is possible, you understand that.”
