CJ Perry Praises Austin Theory Joining The Vision, Explains Importance of Having Failures Before Success

Count former WWE Superstar CJ Perry as a fan of The Vision’s Austin Theory. During a recent interview with TMZ’s Inside the Ring, CJ Perry discussed Theory’s recent WWE return and joining with The Vision. Below are some highlights:
CJ Perry on the Current Version of Austin Theory
“I am very high on Austin theory. I’ve always been. I think he looks a million bucks. I think he’s so athletic. His matches are looking better than ever. He’s looking crisper, sharper, snappier than ever. So snappy. And that’s a big thing in pro wrestling is you have to be snappy. I mean, Bayley came out there the other night and took like a bump and a took some hits and she’s so snappy. I’m like, you’re so good. Bayley is so iconic. And so you have to have so much snap. He’s so snappy. He’s looking great, very handsome. I’m sure the gays are loving him. I’m sure the women are loving him. And I think it’s like a little dirty, and I’m here for it.”
On What She Thinks Went Wrong With Austin Theory Before
“I think that you have to have failures before you can have success. You can’t not everyone is just going to debut and just rock go skyrocket. And honestly, sometimes that can be bad, too. And I think if anything, this is making him more humble. This is making him a harder worker. and really putting things in perspectives that you could be given everything and be could taken away. You know, at the end of the day, this business is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. And I think he’s still in the game and that’s all that matters. He’s still and he’s he’s in the vision now. So, it’s not how you start the race, it’s how you finish the race, it’s how do you get back up? Do you keep going? Do you reinvent yourself? And do you like take your failures and turn them into successes? And that’s exactly what Austin Theory’s doing right now.”
Last month, Austin Theory was revealed as the masked man who was aiding The Vision, before he was later recruited into the group.
