David Otunga Asks Judge to Find Jennifer Hudson in Contempt of Violating Gag Order

David Otunga has asked a judge to find Jennifer Hudson in contempt of violating the gag order in their child custody case. TMZ reports that the WWE star has filed documents detailing what he views as Hudson making indirect attempts to slam him amidst their battle for custody of their son.
In to the documents, Otunga claims that Hudson made reference to their separation on the December 4th episode of The Voice when she said something about her relationships never lasting. He also says that an Instagram video in which she talks about hate and jealousy is about him, despite not mentioning him by name.
Otunga and Hudson separated last month, with Hudson filing a restraining order against him. The order ws later dropped.
