Drako Knox Responds From Comments By Booker T About WWE Releases

Drako Knox responded to recent comments by Booker T about the recent WWE developmental releases. Booker commented on the recent round of releases on his Hall of Fame podcast, saying that he would “implore guys to think that they got perhaps two, two and a half years at that.”

Knox, who was released from the company on Friday, saw the comments on Twitter and shared his thoughts on the matter. Knox retweeted an aggregation of the WWE Hall of Famer’s comments and wrote:

“I’ve never gotten bad feedback. I always gave my all made an impression no matter what I was asked to do. Ask anybody, I have recommendations.

But the timeline part checks out. If creative doesn’t see anything for you no matter how good you are then you got 2 1/2 years max.”

Knox signed with WWE in 2023. He competed on WWE EVOLVE and appeared in an episode of WWE LFG, teaming with Josh Black against Cutler James and Case Hatch.
