Dustin Rhodes says that he’s in the middle of writing his second book, making the reveal on social media. The AEW star posted to his Twitter account on Monday to respond to a fan who asked if he has ever thought about writing a book, noting that he’s actually working on a follow-up to 2010’s Cross Rhodes: Goldust, Out of the Darkness which was published during his time in WWE.
Rhodes wrote:
“I am in the middle of writing my second book. This one will be way more in depth over my whole career, ups and down. Back to glory and doing it my way. My hands were tied with the other company.”
Dustin Rhodes left WWE in 2012 and returned at the start of 2013, staying there for six years. He exited the company in April of 2019 and joined the then-new AEW, where he has remained. He is currently out of action, having undergone double knee surgery in August of 2025, but plans to return to the ring with his goal remaining of being AEW World Champion.
Already have. I am in the middle of writing my second book. This one will be way more in depth over my whole career, ups and down. Back to glory and doing it my way. My hands were tied with the other company https://t.co/VB0qJY7KW6
