Gunther Says Paul Heyman Owes Him For Attacking Seth Rollins On Last Week’s WWE Raw

Gunther is positioning Paul Heyman for a favor, declaring on WWE Raw that the Wise Man owes him “more than a thank you” for attacking Seth Rollins last week. As noted, Gunther took out Rollins on last week’s show, putting him out with a sleeper as Rollins was attacking Heyman. A match between Rollins and Gunther was then booked for WrestleMania.
On Monday’s Raw, Rollins cut a promo in the ring and said he believed that Heyman entered into a deal with Gunther. Gunther came out and attacked Rollins, leading to officials coming out and Gunther hitting a cheap shot before heading to the back.
Gunther then saw Heyman, who thanked the Ring General though he didn’t know why Gunther got involved. Gunther shook Heyman’s hand and said that Heyman owes him more than thanks. You can see highlights from the WWE Raw segments below.
Rollins and Gunther will compete at WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show will air live on ESPN Unlimited in the US and on Netflix internationally.
