Hologram Says He’s Recovered, Returning to ‘Finish This’

Hologram appears ready to return from injury, posting that he’s coming back to AEW on social media on Friday. As noted, the AEW star underwent knee surgery in October after being written off by an attack by Kyle Fletcher on the September 27th episode of AEW Collision. He was revealed as expected to be out for the rest of 2025.
Well, 2025 is done and it looks as if Hologram is rest to return. The luchador posted to his Twitter account on Friday. He shared a pic of himself on crutches and wrote:
“Injury detected. Source: clone.
Surgical process complete
Recovery protocol active.
Countdown initiated.
I’m coming back to finish this.”
No word as of yet on when Hologram will make his official TV return. AEW has not yet confirmed that he is cleared to compete. It was reported back in January that Hologram was still “months away at a minimum” from returning. The specific details around his injury are still not fully known.
