HOOK brought the FTW Championship back home, defeating Jack Perry for the title at AEW All In. HOOK won the title from Perry on the Zero Hour pre-show, making him tap out in order to pick up the win.

This is HOOK’s second run with the title and ends Perry’s reign at 39 days. Perry won the title from HOOK at AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts.
