The estate of Hulk Hogan has been granted a temporary restraining order over Bubba The Love Sponge’s documentary about the late wrestling icon. As noted, Nick Hogan Bubba, real name Todd Alan Clem, seeking to block the release of Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal. Hogan’s estate argued that the documentary includes unauthorized images from Hulk Hogan and Heather Clem’s sex tape.

TMZ reports that a judge granted a temporary restraining order to block Clem from showing footage of the sex tape in the documentary. The documentary is still able to be released, but for now it cannot include footage from the tape.

In addition to the claim of unauthorized images, the suit also argued that Clem is using Hulk Hogan’s trademarks without permission to promote the documentary and that the release of the doc would violate a settlement Bubba and Hulk reached in 2012 over the sex tape, though the details of the settlement are redacted in the suit. Hulk Hogan famously sued Bubba and Heather Clem in 2012 for invasion of privacy, with the lawsuit being settled.

The TRO was granted last Thursday. Clem was reportedly set to premiere the documentary last Friday.
