Two injured wrestlers were present backstage during Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and Collision.
All Elite Wrestling presented a special three-hour edition of Dynamite & Collision from the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio, this past Wednesday night.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, injured talents Steven Borden and Penelope Ford were present backstage during the taping.
Borden has been away from television since suffering a hard landing following a Coast-to-Coast dive during a World Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contenders match against Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher at All Out: Chicago last month. The match was called off, and Borden was swiftly rushed to the hospital. He has since been recovering well, per updates from Tony Khan and others.
Meanwhile, Penelope Ford has been sidelined since February 2026. She suffered an ankle injury while attempting a Moonsault on Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron on the outside during a Women’s World Tag Team Championship match alongside Megan Bayne on AEW Dynamite.
