Jim Ross Comments on WWE Departure, Says It’s Amicable
March 7, 2019 | Posted by
– Jim Ross took to his Instagram account to shoot down reports that his WWE departure is under a less than amicable situation. JR posted the below, noting in the caption, “Sad to see how some are looking for “dirt” as to why I will no longer be with WWE. WWE and I are parting ways with no animosity. As I said on my podcast on Westwood One, I can’t thank Vince McMahon enough for how he looked over Jan and me for the last 25+ years. I will be forever grateful.”
As we reported last night, JR said on his podcast that he had mutually agreed with McMahon to part ways. He added in the Instagram post, “I look forward to the next chapter of my life. Working on our next book with Paul O’Brien.”
