– During today’s edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the recent comments by Jon Moxley about WWE, Vince McMahon, and the WWE creative process on the Talk Is Jericho podcast and more recently his interview with the Wade Keller Pro Wrestling Podcast. According to Meltzer, while some of the reactions to the interviews have varied, he hasn’t heard anyone from the WWE side adopt the party line of going “he’s disgruntled” or “he’s making it up.”

Melter reinforced that he hasn’t heard any strong denials of any of Moxley’s statements, even from people he knows are not fans of Jon Moxley and believe it’s “difficult to make him happy.” [Note: You can read more about WWE Creative’s rumored perception of Moxley RIGHT HERE.] Meltzer stated, “Nobody has said that anything that he said isn’t true. Like you don’t have guys coming out and going, ‘Oh! He’s exaggerating this!’ Or like, ‘Oh. This didn’t happen. He’s making it up.’ Right? Nobody has said anything like that.” He also added that he thinks everything Moxley has stated in his interviews about the WWE system being “broken” is true.

Meltzer’s statement seem to reiterate an earlier report by Fightful noting that several wrestlers and employees of WWE agreed with a lot of what he had to say for his recent interview on Talk Is Jericho.

Additionally, Meltzer stated that there’s a lot of people who want to go to AEW right now, where Moxley is currently signed. Meltzer went on to say that AEW has allure for wrestlers right now because they can still make good money and have more creative control over their work and their promos, noting that the next 12 months in the industry will be interesting.
