Josh Alexander Announced for MLP Global Wars & Uprising

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling (MLP) announced that AEW wrestler, Josh Alexander, will be working the upcoming Global Wars and Uprising events scheduled for next month. Alexander has been appearing in MLPW since 2024 and recorded a record of 6-1, only losing to Konosuke Takeshita.

He’s also held the MLP Canadian Championship for nearly 300 days. The upcoming Global Wars and Uprising events are slated for March 27-28 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Tickets for the event are now on sale.

The announcement reads, “Since joining MLP in 2024, Josh Alexander has a record of 6-1, having only lost to AEW’s Konosuke Takeshita. By next month, he’ll reach 300 days as the MLP Canadian Champion. This March, @walking_weapon looks to continue his dominance at Global Wars & Uprising, happening March 27th & 28th in Windsor, Ontario! Alexander also competed on last night’s AEW Dynamite, teaming with Konosuke Takeshita and Mark Davis in a six-man tag team bout against the Death Riders’ Jon Moxley, PAC, and Claudio Castagnoli. The Death Riders won the match.
