The Las Vegas Stadium Authority has revealed its ticket sale numbers for WrestleMania 42, which (as expected) confirmed the numbers were down from 2025. Brandon Thurston reported for POST Wrestling on Wednesday that the Stadium Authority released information before its quarterly meeting that takes place later this week, and that included their WrestleMania 42 numbers.

The information noted a Night One attendance of 47,093 and a Night Two attendance of 50,033 for a total across both nights of 97,126. That would be down 18.1% from 2025’s numbers (per the same source) of 118,641.

It should be noted that the LVSA is not, of course, the only reporting of attendance. WrestleTix estimated tickets distributed at 50,081 (Night One) and 52,011 (Night Two) for 102,092, which was down 16.0% from their WrestleMania 41 numbers of 121,540. And WWE announced 50,815 (Night One) and 55,255 (Night Two) for 106,071, which is off 14.9% from their WrestleMania 41 announced attendance of 124,693.

If you average the three sources’ numbers out, WrestleMania 42 would come in at 101,763, which is down 16.3% from WrestleMania 41’s 121,625.

Of course, none of this was unexpected, including by WWE. As has been noted, TKO knew that WrestleMania 42 would have lower numbers than last year due to running the same venue two years in a row. TKO Chief Financial Officer Andrew Schleimer referred to the decision to return there as “deliberate” and a long-term investment decision. It must also be said that this year’s WrestleMania remains among the biggest gates in WWE history.
