Liv Morgan has Rhea Ripley in her crosshairs once again as she and Roxanne Perez chase the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, but Morgan says it’s not about Ripley this time. Morgan and Perez earned a shot at the Women’s Tag Team Titles on Raw by winning a #1 contenders match against The Kabuki Warriors, as well as Lyra Valkyria and Bayley. Morgan and Perez will challenge RHIYO for the titles at Saturday Night’s Main Event in 11 days.

Morgan has a long, heated rivalry with Ripley that ran through much of 2024. The two are back at each other’s throats, now with the titles on the line. Morgan and Perez appeared on the Raw Recap and spoke about their title chase. Morgan was asked about watching the Judgment Day while she was out with injury and feuding with Ripley again. You can see the highlights below:

On the Changes in the Group While She Was Out:

“The Judgment Day, they went through some waves while I was gone. We had all the gold to losing all the gold. I think that ultimately we just have to support each other. And at the end of the day, I sit at whatever table that I want to. And so I’m okay with doing what Roxanne and I are doing, because that’s what I wanna do.”

On Feuding With Ripley Again:

“I was like, ‘It’s nice to see you buddy. You look good.’ Which, I meant that it’s been a while. She’s like the Batman to my Joker. I am the villain in her hero story and she is the villain in my hero story. And so I think that we’ll always have ties to a degree.

“But this was not intentional. Whoever had these Tag Team Titles, we were coming for them regardless. It could have been Rhea, it could have been the Kabukis, it could have been Bailey and Lyra. Which is actually never, because they’re never gonna win those titles. Ever, ever, ever. It just happened to be Rhea and IYO. So it really was what it was. But it was good to see her.”
