Masha Slamovich recently looked back at her match with Max The Impaler In TJPW in TJPW and noted she plans to return to the company at some point. The two faced off in a match that ended in a double DQ, and she spoke with Fightful’s my Lambert & Joel Pearl on In The Weeds about the bout.
“Max was super fun to work with,” Slamovich said. “We’ve had a couple of run ins, here and there, throughout the last couple of years. Obviously, this was our first big mainstream match as opposed to…we have horror stories of shows in the middle of nowhere with casket matches and a third person coming over the microphone. We had a good time working together in Japan.”
She added, “The match did end in a no contest. There is room for us to work again, and I do plan to return to Tokyo Joshi sooner rather than later.”
Slamovich is part of the TNA roster and is teaming with her MK Ultra partner Killer Kelly to battle Decay for the Knockouts Tag Team Championships at TNA No Surrender.
