Match Announced For Next Week’s WWE Smackdown

A singles match between Shinsuke Nakamura and Talla Tonga is set for next week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. It was announced on Friday night’s show that Tonga will take on Nakamura following a segment where Nakamura tried to talk with Tama Tonga. Solo Sikoa had told Tama Tonga to take out Damian Priest. Nakamura attempted to approach Tama and was attacked by Talla.

WWE announced afterward that the two will face off next week.

The match is the first bout set for next week’s show, which takes place from Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. The show is the final episode before Saturday Night’s Main Event on Saturday, May 23rd.

WWE Smackdown airs live on USA Network in the United States and on Netflix internaitonally. 411 will have live coevrage per usual.
