MLW has added a new member to its roster in Jay Bishop, according to a new report. Fightful Select has confirmed that the company has signed Bishop to a new deal.
The report notes that Bishop appeared at the company’s Chattanooga tapings over the weekend and impressed officials in the company. He will reportedly be undergoing some repackaging but will keep his nickname “Big 400.” Bishop was also backstage at the company’s tapings in Dallas in September of last year. His work ethic and attitude have impressed MLW, and he is expected to be pushed as a babyface.
Jay Bishop has been wrestling since 2014 and has appeared for such promotions as Amazing Pro Wrestling, Dogg Pound Championship Wrestling, and more. He worked a match at AAA, 3 Bat Productions, and Amazing Pro Wrestling’s crossover event in September of last year.
