Nic Nemeth has had a lot of alliances, and he recently spoke about teaming with his brother Ryan as well as his stable with Big E. and AJ Lee from WWE. Nemeth and his brother are a current team in TNA, the latest in a long line of partners and allies that the former Dolph Ziggler has had in his career.

Another memorable alliance was his group with Big. E and Lee in 2012 and 2013. E. debuted as Nemeth’s muscle soon after Lee and Ziggler were teamed up on screen, and it led to Nemeth’s first World Championship. Nemeth talked about both now and then on those in an appearance on Caged Minds Combat Sports News, and you can see the highlights below:

On Tagging With Ryan:

“It’s the coolest thing in the world. I’ve been very fortunate. I’m one of the luckiest guys in the entire world for the 20 year career I had with almost zero injury days off. And 20 plus years now, and now I get tag with my brother or at least have him in my corner or watch his back. And seeing him at work every week is the coolest thing ever.

On His Time With Big E. & AJ Lee:

“I’ve done so many different things and been a part of — Yeah, you said faction stuff. Big E., AJ [Lee] and myself, I will never forget how awesome that was. And the fans bring that up constantly, which is kind of cool. So there’s a connection there, that it was a fun group. And even though we got beat down a lot, everyone was behind us and it made it really fun. It made that world title win, when we we all hugged in the middle of the ring it was just a very real, real moment. Pro wrestling’s real, but it’s a little bit more real sometimes. And that was one of those and I’ll never forget that.”
