Note On Compensation For TNA & NXT Talent During Crossover Appearances

A new report has a bit of detail on how TNA and NXT talent get compensated for their crossover appearances on each other’s shows. Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp was asked in a Q&A if talent from the brands get paid extra for their appearances on the opposite show and said that, as one might expect, they do.
Talent is given bonuses or extra pay as a result of their appearances on each other’s shows, though the specific amounts aren’t known. Sapp noted that includes crossover appearances from either brand and that counting those appearances toward on the “guarantee” of contracted dates “wouldn’t bode well for the independent contractor argument.”
Among the stars who have made crossover appearances for NXT arw Oba Femi, Fraxiom, Cora Jade, Tatum Paxley, Wes Lee, Tyson DuPont, Tyriek Iqwe, Sol Ruca, and Weny Choo. Moose, The Hardys, The Rascalz, Masha Slamovich, Joe Hendry and others on the TNA roster have appeared on NXT TV.
