IWA Puerto Rico from Levitown PR on 7/21

– Bolo the Red Bulldog defeats Dennis Rivera after a distraction from Noel Rodriguez. The angle here is that Noel wants his former Ring Crew friend(Dennis) to join him in the Starr Revolution Corporation and seems to be making life hell for him until he takes his offer. I think it’s a good idea to put some focus on the young talents.

– Carlitos & Hiram Tua defeat Eli Rodriguez & Balbuena of the Starr Revolution Corporation by pinfall after a 619 from Carlitos.

– Orlando Toledo comes out to talk with The Stars and Bison Smith. Orlando says that when you do your work right, you get rewarded and that’s why Colossus is now working with the WWE(as far as my little investigation went, it seems to be legit and he is working in the new Florida Territory). But when you fail to do your job, you end up a bloody mess like Mikael Judas. He says that Slash Venom commited treason last week and he will pay for that, he will be another victim of his rage, much like Judas. Judas comes out a house on fire and cleans all the heels out, then sets up Toledo for The Crucifix(Razor’s Edge) but Bison recovers and knocks him out with the cowbell, then beats him down again until Chicano runs out and makes the save. Then Chicano stares a bloody Judas and leaves the ring.

– Virus defeats Noel Rodriguez by pinfall in an upset. Virus twin brother(they where a pretty good lower card team in IWA last year before they faded away) changes places with him several times to confuse Noel and in one such ocassion he gets an inside cradle to win. Noel and Chicky Starr chase the twins off, which might lead to a tag match next week. Virus and his twin where also part of the Ring Crew team with Noel and he seems to be targeting everyone of them and trying to put them out.

– Tommy Diablo defeats Pelayito Vazquez by pinfall after interference from the heel ref, Prime Time.

– El Bacano defeats Jumpin’ Jeff Jeffry by pinfall in a non-title match after interference from Eli Rodriguez.

– Mr. Big and Blitz defeat Diamante & Diabolico by pinfall in a non-title match. The heels won the match after a baseball bat shot from Diamante, but Carlitos & Hiram Tua came out and explained to the ref what had happened, which led to the match being ordered to continue. Big then caught Diabolico with a Chokeslam and won the match.

– Slash Venom defeats Cruzz & Ravishing GQ by pinfall in a handicap match. GQ held Slash for Cruzz to hit him with a singapore cane, but Venom moved and GQ took the shot. Venom them tossed Cruzz and pinned GQ.

– The main event was supposed to be Judas vs Bison. Someone dressed like Judas came out, complete with robe, but when he took it off it was Chicano, who charged into the ring a house on fire. He almost got the win, going to the top rope and looking for the Swanton Bomb, but Toledo distracted him and Bison caught him with a shot to the head using the cowbell to win the match. Chicano was beaten by the heels, but Jeffry came out to save him. The numbers game was too much and both of them where beaten down until Mikael Judas ran in with a chair and made the save for real. A staredown between Judas, Chicano and Jeffry followed before they left their separate ways.

World Wrestling Council from Manati, PR on 7/21

– Rick Stanlee became the #1 contender at the WWC Junior Heavyweight Title after beating “Mr. 450” Hammet & William De La Vega in a Triple Threat #1 Contenders match. The finish had Stanlee getting a set of knucks out, BJ came out and stole them, then tried to hit Stanlee, but he ducked and BJ nailed Hammet instead. Tension between BJ and Hammet.

– The Legion of Armaggedon defeat BJ & El Comandante. The Legion are the masked team managed by El Profe who debuted at the Anniversary Show winning the Bruiser Brody Memorial Cup.

– Genesis defeats Killer Kat by pinfall.

– Rico Suave defeats Barrabas Jr after interference from Slam Shady.

– Crazy Rudy defeats Huracan Castillo in a Hardcore Match, Suave came out with powder and tried to toss it on Rudy’s eyes, but the power went to Castillo’s face by mistake, then Rudy used his barbed wire 4×4 on Castillo to win the match.

– Thunder & Lightning went to No Contest with Bryan & Black Pain.

– Noriega & Chris Joel defeat Voodoo Man & Superstar Ash Rubynsky by pinfall to retain the WWC Tag Team Titles.

– Eddie Colon defeats Apolo to become the #1 Contender at the Universal Title. Apolo won the match by using the ropes, but the decision was overthrown and the match restarted, which led to Eddie winning. Apolo acted heelish during the entire match.
