Randy Orton will enter the Elimination Chamber for the 10th time in his career this Saturday with the intention to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 42 and challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Randy Orton is a 14-time World Champion, but he has not held a World Title since November 2020. The Viper appeared on ESPN’s Get Up to promote the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event in Chicago, Illinois, this Saturday. During the conversation, Orton was asked how he’d feel if he got another shot at a WWE World Championship in Las Vegas.

Orton said that it would be “huge.” He noted that he is currently tied with Triple H with 14 WWE World Titles, adding that he’d love at least one more reign at the top. Randy further added that it would mean the world to him if he got to lay his hands on the world championship again.

Orton stated on the topic, “Oh, that’d be huge. I think, right now, you got Triple H and myself tied at 14. John Cena, of course, just retired with 17 world championships. You got Ric Flair, I think, at 16. I’d love to get one more, at least one more. It would mean the world to me. I’ve been around now 26 years. I’ve been doing this for well more than half of my life. I am a third-generation wrestler.”

He continued, “There is a picture [points to the wall behind him] of my father and my grandfather back there, back in the 70s, tagging together. This is my life. This is everything to me. So to be able to be world champion again would mean the world.”
